A bunch of the new Atkineers on Facebook were asking for a soup recipe or a recipe to eat while nauseous, and this recipe immediately came to mind. I hope you guys enjoy this soup as much as I do.
I have topping it with a dusting of Parmesan Cheese is great too.
4 Red Peppers, Chopped
2 TBS Olive Oil
2 TBS Chopped Onions
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
24 oz Chicken Broth
1/2 cup Cream
Dash Black Pepper
