Carl’s Keto Country Ribs

Ingredients:

2 Large packages of Pork Bone-In Country Ribs

2 Bottles of G. Hughes BBQ Sauce (take your pick on the flavor)

2 Sticks of butter

Instructions:

  1. Place the ribs in a large pot
  2. Fill the pot with water till the tops of the ribs are covered
  3. Bring the ribs to a boil and cook for approx 40 minutes until cooked through
  4. In a separate smaller sauce pot, add two sticks of butter and two bottles of bbq sauce
  5. Turn to medium heat until all of the butter is melted in with the bbq sauce (stir occasionally to mix well)
  6. Take the ribs out of the water and lay them on a large baking sheet
  7. Use a basting brush, spread the bbq mixture all over the ribs
  8. Flip the ribs over and repeat
  9. Place the ribs on a grill and grill them just long enough cook the sauce into the ribs
  10. Flip them at least twice and baste them one to two more times with the bbq mixture
  11. Any leftover bbq sauce can be used for extra dipping
