EASY LOW CARB BREAKFAST CASSEROLE//KETO//ANTI-INFLAMMATORY//AUTOIMMUNE DISEASE



Hey everyone !
I made this easy no bake casserole and it was a huge hit in my family ! My husband now eats it every day for breakfast !

*** Ingredients ***
▪️ Eggs ( eat pasture raised if struggling with autoimmune issues ) .
▪️ Cheese ( use grass fed if autoimmune issues ). Kerry Gold or Manchengo
▪️ jalapeños
▪️Organic heavy cream
▪️all natural organic sausage

*** Directions ***
– Preheat oven to 350
– grease pan ( I used avocado oil )
– cook sausage
– grade cheese
– dice jalapeños
– add cooked sausage to bottom of pan
– then crack eggs over the top and smash lightly and add heavy cream over top .
– top with cheese and jalapeños
– Bake for 30-40 minutes
