In this video, we’re going to talk about hair, nails, and skin. There are many different things that can cause issues with hair, nails, and skin. But, I want to cover the most common cause that I find. 

Most people addressing issues like hair loss, brittle nails, dry skin, and other issues try to work from the outside in. They use lotions, serums, and creams that just don’t work. Instead of working from the outside in, it may be more beneficial to work from the inside out. You really may need to start doing things to improve your health. 

What if you’re already eating healthy and are getting vitamins and minerals, but you still have hair, nail, and skin problems? This may be because you have a certain nutrient deficiency. This has to do with trace minerals. 

Trace minerals are minerals that are needed in very small amounts. Trace minerals function to help make enzymes work. Enzymes work to build up proteins and break down proteins. You’re probably eating enough protein, but you need the activation of that protein to make it available through the liver and to the skin and hair. 

Trace minerals are missing in our environment, but they are essential for healthy hair, nails, and skin. 

When you buy trace minerals, I believe you should consume plant-based trace minerals. Other types can be harder to absorb. 

Taking trace minerals might be one of the best things you can do for healthy hair, skin, and nails. But, you also can consume fat-soluble vitamins like vitamins A, D, and E. If that doesn’t work, you may not have enough bile. Bile helps you absorb oils, essential fatty acids, and fat-soluble vitamins.
