KETO BEEF STROGANOFF

Keto meatballs stroganoff and balsamic brussel sprouts!
This dinner got rave reviews from Dan. It was absolutely phenomenal and will enter our regular meal plan and rotation.

Here is a thought as well…this would be an awesome meal to make if you had to feed keto and non keto folks at the same time. This could easily be paired with a carby side and make even the biggest critic happy.
