Keto Breakfast Roll

Recipe is for two breakfast rolls

Ingredients:

4 Eggs

4 tablespoons of chive/onion cream cheese

2 slices of lunchmeat/deli ham

Black pepper & salt to taste

3 tablespoons of butter for pan

Suggested extras include: tomatoes, fresh chives, fresh avocado slices

Directions:

  • Scramble 4 eggs in a bowl until no yellow yokes are visible (add a dash of salt and pepper)set aside
  • Heat a medium large pan until 1 tablespoon of butter is melted
  • Place singled ham slices into the pan and fry until heated
  • Remove the ham
  • In the same pan you removed the ham from place 1 tablespoon of butter and let it melt
  • Once the butter is melted add half of the scrambled egg mixture (add another dash of salt and pepper)
  • Let it cook through on one side and flip
  • Add two table spoons of cream cheese and spread on the cooked side of the omelet
  • Once spread, add a slice of ham
  • Remove from the pan and roll so the cream cheese and ham side is tucked inside of the breakfast roll
  • Repeat steps 5-10
