Keto Breakfast Roll
Recipe is for two breakfast rolls
Ingredients:
4 Eggs
4 tablespoons of chive/onion cream cheese
2 slices of lunchmeat/deli ham
Black pepper & salt to taste
3 tablespoons of butter for pan
Suggested extras include: tomatoes, fresh chives, fresh avocado slices
Directions:
- Scramble 4 eggs in a bowl until no yellow yokes are visible (add a dash of salt and pepper)set aside
- Heat a medium large pan until 1 tablespoon of butter is melted
- Place singled ham slices into the pan and fry until heated
- Remove the ham
- In the same pan you removed the ham from place 1 tablespoon of butter and let it melt
- Once the butter is melted add half of the scrambled egg mixture (add another dash of salt and pepper)
- Let it cook through on one side and flip
- Add two table spoons of cream cheese and spread on the cooked side of the omelet
- Once spread, add a slice of ham
- Remove from the pan and roll so the cream cheese and ham side is tucked inside of the breakfast roll
- Repeat steps 5-10
