Keto Chow Cheesecake Fluff (w/ Kids)

Cheesecake Portion:
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Squirt Liquid Stevia
1 Serving Keto Chow

Whipped Cream:
2/3 Cup Heavy Cream
tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp Allulose
Squirt Liquid Stevia

1. Combine all ingredients under Cheesecake Portion into a mixer.
2. Start mixer on slow, then speed it up to high. Stop to scrape down sides as needed. Let the cream cheese mixture whip really well.
3. Remove Cream Cheese mixture and place in another bowl.
4. Clean and dry the mixer bowl.
5. Insert 2/3 Cup Heavy Cream into mixer.
6. Mix on high until it starts to thicken (not too thick).
7. Add remaining Whipped Cream ingredients.
8. Mix until you have stiff peaks like a Whipped Cream should have.
9. FOLD whipped cream with Cream Cheese mixture slowly until mixed well.
10. Divide into 4 portions.
