KETO DIET: What I Eat in a Day to Lose

In this video, I’m sharing what I eat in a day to lose weight with PCOS on a keto / low carb diet. I’m having two large meals and a couple small snacks today. I really don’t get hungry for more than two meals on keto. I try to listen to my body on when and how much to eat.

I count carbs loosely, but I’m not too strict with it. I try to stay under 30g Net Carbs per day, but it’s okay if I go a little over or a little under. I’m basically doing a dirty and lazy version of the keto diet. But it works for me so far!
