Keto Flu Symptoms & Relief
When you are restarting the keto diet you may experience symptoms of detox. This is commonly called the keto flu or the low carb flu. For me it lasts for 10 days each time and although it is not fun I now know ways to combat the keto flu so it is not as intense. – Go easy on yourself, these symptoms will pass and you will soon feel better than ever!!
*Magnesium Rich Foods:
Almonds, cashews, peanut butter, pumpkin seeds, avocado, salmon, and ground beef.
*Potassium Rich Foods:
Leafy greens, cucumber, cooked spinach or broccoli, zucchini, and mushrooms.
