Keto Kofta “Best Burgers in the World”
Keto Pesto Ingredients:
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Yellow or Red Onion
A handful of chives
1 Bunch of fresh parsley
1 Cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese
4 Tablespoons of Minced Garlic
Olive oil to texture of a pesto sauce
Keto Meat Ingredients
2 Eggs
2 tablespoons of sea salt
1 tablespoon of black pepper
4 Pounds 80/20 ground beef
Directions:
Chop or place the ingredients in a food processor all of the veggies add the parmesan cheese at the very end mix or stir. Once everything is well blended add olive oil and mix until your mixture has a pesto like consistency.
Pour the mixture into a big bowl. Add the eggs, salt, pepper and ground beef to the bowl. Mix all of the ingredients together by hand. (I would wear tighter fitting latex type gloves, its a messy process. The loose fitting food services gloves then to slide down my hands as I am mixing all of the ingredients)
Scoop a handful of the meat mixture into you hands and form patties.
Place the patties on a grill and cook until desired cook time is obtained.
Note: I like to use a Keto bun for my burger. You can top them with the cheese or cheeses of your choice, Tzatziki sauce, sugar free ketchup, mayo, mustard, raw onions, pickles, Arabic pickles. The possibilities are limitless. Or you can always keep is classic with a lettuce bun! Anyway you eat it, its going to be amazing!
