Generally, I plan meals and prep for our dinners only. As I intermittent fast, I don’t plan a specific breakfast or lunch but rather decide in the morning on what to bring with me to work. We always have staples on hand for breakfast type meals. This week though I am prepping a breakfast frittata for the week.
Meal plan for week of February 01-07, 2020:
