Low Carb Chili:

Chili seasoning is upon us and this one is my go to! This makes a huge batch so it’s perfect for meal prep All the added veggies really help bulk it up while keeping the calories down️

🥓 Ingredients:

4 strips bacon
2 lb ground beef
3 zucchini, diced
2 bell peppers, diced, I used orange and red
1 yellow onion, diced
4 cloves garlic
2 cans @huntstomatoes diced tomato, I like fire roasted
1 can @huntstomatoes tomato sauce
1 tbsp @flavorgod ranch
2 tbsp chili powered
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Crisp bacon in a large pot, remove from pot and set aside to cool for a bacon crumble topping.
2. Add diced zucchini, onion and peppers to pot and cook over medium high heat 6-8 minutes in the bacon fat. Season with ranch, salt and pepper.Remove from the pot.
3. Add ground beef into the pot and season with salt, pepper and chili powder. Cook until browned.
4. Add vegetables back into the pot with the meat along with the canned tomatoes and tomato sauce.
5. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer and cook 30 minutes. Enjoy with your favorite chili toppings!!

Salsa
