Keto Spicy or Not Bologna Sandwich


2 slices of Keto Culture White Bread

2-3 slices of bologna (any kind will do)

2 slices of the cheese of your choice

6 pickles (I like Klaussen Hot and Spicy pickles) or another dill pickle of your choice

1 tablespoon of low sugar mayo

Mustard if desired


  1. In the oven broil bread on low until one side is lightly toasted
  2. Apply the mayo evenly to the crispy side of each piece of bread
  3. Apply mustard if desired
  4. On the bottom piece of bread add the bologna, cheese and evenly place the pickles on top of the cheese
  5. Add second piece of bread to the top mayo side down facing the pickles
  6. Cut if desired
  7. Enjoy!

Side items or additional toppings to consider: A sliced avocado, extra pickles, pickled asparagus, fresh sliced cucumbers, fresh bell peppers, crunchy bibbed lettuce. You can also use a different protein of you choice. Perhaps some deli sliced roast beef, ham, turkey or chicken.
