Being someone who gains weight too fast from carbs, keto has helped me understand my body better and overall appreciate myself more. In this video I take time to share what keto is, how keto works, counting carbs, who should try keto and who shouldn’t, and some products that have personally helped me stay in ketosis – that could also help you too. As a rule of thumb, if you’re doing keto to lose weight, it’s best to consume no more than 25 grams of carbs per day. If you’re maintaining your weight with Keto, it’s best to consume no more than 50 grams per day.
