2 tsp Instant dry yeast
1/2 tsp Honey **

1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan salt.

1/4 cup Melted butter, unsalted
egg wash (egg + 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk or water)

** Honey is just for the yeast to react and the yeast will eat up the sugar from it and we will be using just a small amount of it.**
** Vital wheat gluten. This is the gluten extracted from the wheat and there is no wheat in here.**
