Mom’s Keto Coleslaw
Ingredients:
2 bags of shredded cabbage
1 14 oz bottle of low sugar italian dressing (or less depending on how juicy you like your slaw)
4 or more tablespoons of mayo
2 tablespoons of pickle juice (or more, depending on how much you like pickle juice)
salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
- Empty both bags of shredded cabbage into a large bowl
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage
- Spoon the mayo into the cabbage
- Mix well and serve
