This is a sustainable version of the low-carb keto diet for weight loss, focusing on eating mainly fat and a high amount of protein. It is a low-carb, high-fat, keto-oriented approach to eating for life. But most people following the Keto diet go as low as 25gm of carbs per day which I don’t find sustainable. Also, I think carbs are very important for the proper functioning of our bodies and to sleep better.
I have been eating this way for over 2 years now. It is sustainable as it is easy to maintain and not as restrictive as keto or other low-carb diets. This diet eliminates much-processed food and is not as time-consuming as paleo. This diet will not only help you lose weight but also gain weight and stay fit.
