Sauteed Cabbage | Quick, Easy, Healthy Recipe

Easy Sauteed Cabbage is the perfect quick and delicious side dish for any time of the day. Using only a few ingredients and taking only 10 to 15 minutes of your time. You’ll be glad that you gave this easy and healthy recipe a try!
*Start with 1 small to medium head of cabbage.
*Slice in half and take the core out.
*Chop to the size pieces that you’ll enjoy.
*Using 1 tablespoon of real butter per 1/2 head of cabbage(salted or unsalted).

*Granulated garlic, fresh pepper and salt (Kosher or Himalayan salt).
*Season to your liking (you can also add red pepper flakes for a little kick).

*Add Cabbage to your pan and dot with butter pieces.
*Cover and cook on a 4-5 (medium heat). Making sure to mix cabbage every couple of minutes. *Cook for 10-15 minutes. (This recipe cooked for 12 minutes).

Not only is this recipe quick and easy, it’s delicious! This is a low calorie, low carb, and high in fiber food that still has a little crunch with a buttery taste!
