Ingredients: Serving 4 bowls

200ml cream ( 1 cup)
226gm cream cheese ( 1 cup)
100 gm low carb sugar ( 1/2 cup)
1 teaspoon vanilla
190 gm blueberries ( 1 cup)

Add blueberries into a mixer or blender and blitz. Set aside.
Using an electric mixer beat on high speed the cream, low carb sugar & vanilla until form soft peaks. Next, add in the cream cheese and beat for 30 seconds. Add in the blueberries and combine well.
