This recipe for keto blueberry Fluff is a creamy yet airy dessert that is not only extremely quick to make but also delicious! It’s all the flavor of a blueberry cheesecake without all of the work, waiting, and baking!
It only takes a few ingredients and no prep work to make this keto-friendly, sugar-free, gluten-free, low-carb blueberry Fluff. 🙂
Ingredients: Serving 4 bowls
200ml cream ( 1 cup)
226gm cream cheese ( 1 cup)
100 gm low carb sugar ( 1/2 cup)
1 teaspoon vanilla
190 gm blueberries ( 1 cup)
Add blueberries into a mixer or blender and blitz. Set aside.
Using an electric mixer beat on high speed the cream, low carb sugar & vanilla until form soft peaks. Next, add in the cream cheese and beat for 30 seconds. Add in the blueberries and combine well. Allow the fluff to chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours before serving. Top with a few blueberries, optional but delicious before serving. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Enjoy 🙂
