Ingredients for Home Made Keto Chocolate Ice Cream

9 egg yolks
3 cups half and half
1 cup milk
1 cup of cocoa
5 pieces of tablea
1 cup of stevia
3 teaspoons of vanilla flavor

Half and half
2 cups of whipping cream
1 cup of milk

Simmer 1 to 2 cups of half and half solution in low heat to melt the cocoa and tablea.
Whisk egg yolks while gradually adding 1 cup of stevia. Continue mixing to aerate the mixture.
Add the chocolate mixture to the egg mixture. Make sure to temper.
Bring the combination to a simmer, be careful not to boil.
Remove from heat and wait for it to cool. Add vanilla.
Freeze and churn on the 8th hour. Churn the ice cream 4 times, every 15 minutes on the 8th hour.
Freeze again.
