Tips for Fueling The Low Carb Athlete: Team Keto Shake

Are you looking for simple ways to get in some protein and perhaps a meal replacement on a busy day? I am always experimenting with different meal options as a shake when I don’t have time to eat (busy work day) or when doing a morning workout then do my favorite Masters swim workout at 12pm. I can’t eat a lot of food before I swim, so I need to time when I eat and sometimes eat earlier than I feel like- depending on the day.
