Weight-Loss Recipe #3: Lasagna in a Bowl! *HIGH Protein, Low

Hi everyone! Ingredients and Nutritional Info are in here! Open Me!!

Today I have an awesome recipe to share with you for my third weight-loss recipe! I have been craving italian food as of late, and since I am clear to eat normal food again, I thought I’d try tackling the task of making lasagne WLS friendly. I think I succeeded with my lasagna in a bowl recipe! No noodles, low carb, HIGH protein and utterly delicious. I hope you’ll give it a try the next time you have a hankering for some classic italian comfort food. 🙂
