My current routine is following a low carb/ not super strict keto diet, intermittent fasting for 15 hours at night, and intuitive eating. I have been following this routine for a few weeks now and have dropped weight SO FAST it’s actually insane! Todays video is a quick body update and then what I eat in a day.

What I ate today- P.S. this is a day where I wasn’t very hungry so I only ate when I was hungry and I ate what I felt like eating- I just made sure it was low carb:
9am: Coffee with 2 Truvia packets, sugar free peppermint mocha creamer from Coffee Mate, whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder- gotta be Hersheys BTW.

1pm: Keto coconut yogurt, low carb granola, and blueberries

6pm: 2 fish tacos! Here’s the Pinterest recipe I used (definitely doctor up the crema IMO but otherwise a great recipe!) https://pin.it/78fgWHk
